Level 5 ability:  It's a "falling damage reduction buff" It lasts 5 minutes and is on a 15 minute timer. There is no casting time for the charge either.

Aura of Life:  Heal hits over time
    Target regenerates health during the duration of the spell.
    Value: 30

    Range: 500
    Duration: 20 secs
    Frequency: 5 secs

    Spell has a chance to proc when this armor is hit by an enemy.

Leveling the Artifact:

Wing's Dive delves as being able to level in Allta Fearann but I've found it ALSO levels in Frontiers, Fomor, Cursed Forest (Hib) and during RvR.  I've killed Fins, Grogans, Fomorians to level this thing... and mobs in Allta Fearann as well.   Feb 18

This artifact is very slow to level.  Farming for 4 days straight and it's only level 3, pulling red mobs.

Strategy:

Location:  Keres is approximately at 6k, 59k Arbor Glen.  - Goshikkyo and Lawful

Next to Arbor Glen zoneline (the zoneline that is shared with Green Glades), there are ruins with a lone gorgon in it, named Keres inside the templeish. She will polymorph you and stuns you, but she doesn't hit too hard.

The thing you need to look out for is if you have a bonedancer (heaven forbid), and them using their pets on her, will AGGRO SENTINELS! Be sure to tell your bonedancer to get lost or to kill their pets...knowing how stubborn they are, hehee.

Anyways, back to the battle...this will be straight up melee, I don't think magic works, because I always see the casters we have melee her. Hehe, maybe they just want to get polymorphed.  Nov 24

Magic works if you use MW.  Pets worked fine, they did not draw extra agro.  I would suggest have the healers back, and keep her up at the house where she spawned. 
She lifetaps like nothing else for 650 with max resists.  After a while she stops lifetapping.
She was casting AE at close range, so stand back.  Don't hit MW right away, wait until agro is totally controlled by a tank.
She won't chase, so you can back off of her.
We had 2 heroes, one of them is shield spec, 1 warden with pbt, couple chanters, and 1 bard and 1 healer.  Shield hero was keeping agro and everyone else was assisting him and healing him.
Took 15 - 20 min to kill her.   Jan 20

Tips:

If you use bleed styles on Keres it will cause snakes to spawn to fight for her, the same will happen if a group member dies to her, from the blood of the characters death snakes will appear to aid in Keres defense.   Also, my paladin activated these pants and got them in plate, so it's not just studded like the icon represents.  Dec 8 - Kalkin

Artifact pants with studded graphic that "Cannot be worn by those using armors made only of cloth or leather." Assuming its studded. Came from Keres at loc 3.7,59.5 in Arbor Glen...did her with a FG, bout a 10 minute fight.
